Our Story

It started in a small idyllic town outside of Jalisco Mexico named San Jose de la Paz where our parents, Maria and Norberto, met. What followed was thirteen kids, a move to the big city of Guadalajara, a family store, and A LOT of big meals.

Since we have worked together all our lives, it was only natural for us to open El Charro together. Today, several of Maria and Norberto's children, grandchildren and family friends work to make your experience an unforgettable one.
